About Bridgette Crawford

I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Bridgette Crawford. I attended
Sam Houston State University as well as Harris County College and took appraisal and real estate related
courses at these institutions. I also took correspondence courses from Lon Morris College. During these
educational years, I worked for a real estate appraisal firm during the summer as a research assistant.
I have worked in the real estate appraisal industry full time since 1998. Starting out as a
research assistant with Tusing & Associates, and fulfilling the required educational and
experience requirements to begin work as a real estate appraiser in the state of Texas. I
then accepted a trainee position under the tutelage of Bernie Hogue & Associates before
completing my training under Tom Crawford of Crawford Appraisers. Over the years I co-hosted a
"call in" radio show, for KSEV, regarding appraisal and valuation questions. The scope of my completed
work includes FHA, foreclosure properties, manufactured properties, studies of flooding impact,
pre-listing appraisals mortgage appraisal, and a continuing education instructor with Houston
Association of Realtors. I am licensed by the Texas Appraisal and Licensing Certification Board. Most recently I have received my Sales Agent license by the Texas Real Estate Commission and now want to use my wealth of knowledge and expertise to help others with all their residential real estate needs. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
